This post is all about Is The Ritz Paris Worth It? A Ritz Paris Review & How To Get Free Breakfast
Whether it’s your first time hearing about the Ritz Paris or finally deciding to pull the trigger, it can be challenging to figure out if staying at the Ritz Paris is worth it. After all, staying a few nights at this hotel could probably pay for your entire vacation.
I remember my first time here; I had no idea what to expect, missed out on some perks, and regretted not being more prepared.
Well, have no fear, I’ve put together the ultimate Ritz Paris review for you.
I’ll tell you how to get free breakfast, what the rooms are like, if it’s worth staying here, and even how to get $100 credit to spend at the spa or restaurant.
Why Is The Ritz Paris So Famous?
What is the Ritz Paris known for?
The Ritz Paris has been around since 1898 and has since been a symbol of opulence and luxury, and provides a Parisian experience like no other.
The staff-to-guest ratio is the highest in the Ritz Paris than anywhere else in Paris; at a ratio of 3 staff to each guest, they prioritize by making sure each guest is taken care of and that the staff can predict your needs - even before you can.
It’s a celebrity favorite, hosting people like Princess Diana and Kendall Jenner; we even saw Nick Jonas and the iconic Anna Wintour at the spa when we were here!

What Is The Dress Code For The Ritz Paris?
For the Ritz Paris and the surrounding areas, although there is no actual dress code, I recommend thinking along the themes of old money, quiet luxury, blazers, linen pants, and some chic dresses.
Here are some of the outfits I wore when I was there!
You can find all my favorites I wore on the trip here!
How Much Does It Cost To Stay At the Ritz in Paris?
With 5-star accommodations come 5-star prices.
Rooms at the Ritz Paris start at about €1,500 per night for standard options, like the Superior Room.
However, depending on the season, prices can quickly rise and signature suits can cost anywhere between €5,000 to over €20,000 per night.
Ritz Paris Review: Things I LOVED About The Hotel
The Service
The service at the Ritz was impeccable.
Someone picked us up on the TARMAC of the plane, grabbed my bags, walked me through a private immigration line, and then put me in a luxury vehicle on the way to the hotel. I have never been so stunned at such luxury treatment, and if there’s one thing they excel at - it’s treating you like VIP.

The Food
The food… The food was amazing. As someone who ordered breakfast every day (it was free! Scroll down to learn how), lunch, and even dinner for room service, the way they brought the food to you was extraordinary. Always knocking politely, then wheeling those unique dishes into your room on a golden luscious cart and setting it up.
The Housekeeping
They provided daily housekeeping as well as turn-down service, and I remember coming back from a day out, the housekeeper organized all of my makeup and skincare, folded all of my laundry, and organized (yes, she wrapped!) all of my chargers.
It was such a thoughtful touch, and the Ritz Paris comes down to being just one of the most thoughtful hotels out there.
Ritz Paris Review: Things I Didn’t Like So Much
The Spa:
I know a lot of visitors book just treatment at the Ritz Paris Spa and don’t get me wrong, it’s a stunning place with a private treatment room, private showers, and a bathroom.
I didn’t think the massage was worth the price. For an hour, my massage was 275€ (I had a $100 credit making it 175€), and still, I didn’t think the quality of the massage was worth the price tag.
The Beds
Now, this is a big one, and as an American - I might be a bit biased, but every night I slept, I felt really hot. It was the height of summer but the AC only went down to about 71°F and with the heavy comforter (which was lovely) they gave us, I found myself sweating every night.
