  1. Portable Door Lock

Safety is the #1 priority, and this is the #1 thing I bring. Not only is this is a solo travel female essentials, but I would recommend this as a travel essentials for everyone. When I sleep in hotel rooms by myself, this gives me the biggest peace of mind knowing no one will come in unannounced.

2. Portable Charger

A good portable charger is an absolute solo travel essentials, especially for females. Not only if your phone a safety tool, but it’s a lifeline to get you from point A to point B or back home.

I love this one because you can attach it to the wall to charge and you’ll never forget the wires since they’re already included.

3. Tums or Antacid

Having stomach issues when traveling is extremely common, and when you’re alone, it can be even harder. Finding Tums or antacids when you’re already sick is even worse than it sounds (trust me I’ve been there).

Similar to a portable charger, a ESIM is a travel essential especially for females. With wifi you can find directions, figure out daily necessities (ex: how to take the subway) and potentially call for help.

Long gone are the days when you need to register for a SIM card. Instead, just grab an ESIM before your trip and use it right when you land. Plus you can refill it online if you run out.

Airalo is my favorite one to use and you can use CODE: FIONA6069 for $3 off!
